Assignment Detail Industry: IT Consulting/Services Job Description Identity Access Management The Scope of this SOW is to provide 4 Active Directory and 1 Cyber Ark Resources who will be responsible for various Identity and Access management ope Assignment Detail Industry: IT Consulting/Services Job Description Identity Access Management The Scope of this SOW is to provide 4 Active Directory and 1 Cyber Ark Resources who will be responsible for various Identity and Access management operations & Engineering tasks in relation to the below activities (Non-Exhaustive): Active Directory and Azure: Provides 2nd and 3rd level technical support for all Identity and Directory related services, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Active Directory (and related technologies) Azure Active Directory (and related technologies) Ensure day to day operations (i.e. performance monitoring, capacity management, event & security monitoring) of IAM infrastructure and that the necessary actions are taken Identifies and resolves problems that may impact daily operations. Provides support and assistance to customers to identify and resolve technical problems. Escalates issues / problems to other support organizations as necessary. Reviews and ensures compliance of technical operating instruction manuals, system documentation, work instructions, processes, standards and procedures. Performs technical analysis of workload, equipment loading, performance bottlenecks, and software changes and makes recommendations for improvements Execute change management activities as required. Identifies gaps and risks and takes appropriate remediation activities Ensure adherence with ISRM Security and Compliance policies and procedures Performs related duties as assigned. Candidate should have good skill set in Azure Infra Services - Compute, VM, VM Scaleset, NSG, Storage Account, Network components, Monitoring, Backup and Restore, DR Solution Candidate should have good skill set in Azure PaaS Services - App Service, Containerization Services, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Service Fabric Cluster, Azure Service Bus, Azure Batch Account, Data Analytics Services, Data Bricks, HD Insight Cluster, and Cognitive Services. Candidate should have good Understanding of PowerShell scripting. Candidate should have good understanding of Azure DevOps (VSTS). Candidate should be able to write ARM Template. CyberArk: Provide 3rd level technical expertise Support the delivery of service Drive engagement with application & system owners to secure privileged accounts Drives reduction of incidents, work orders and tasks Escalates issues / problems to other support organizations Support requests for recording/logging for audits Identify and ensure appropriate remediation of threats, risks and vulnerabilities
