The Role As an Identity Access Administrator, you shall be responsible for the checking/validation of any user access and role management processed by the Identity Access Management Administrators - Maker and Identity Access Management Administrators The Role As an Identity Access Administrator , you shall be responsible for the checking/validation of any user access and role management processed by the Identity Access Management Administrators - Maker and Identity Access Management Administrators - Contractor. The Checker shall ensure that all requests received have an equivalent approved request and are defined in accordance with the unit's request and turn-around-time How you'll contribute Assist and support during BCP Exercise. Coordinates with the Project working team for the UAT testing and result conducted in relation to user access management. Assist in providing updates to user's inquiries related to access management. Assist other IAM Administrators thru coaching and mentoring. Updates and prepares Identity Access Management procedures for applications, if needed. Participates in Keys and Privileged Access management activities in accordance with the current guidelines and procedures. Assists in providing supporting documents and needed walkthrough of IAM Processes as needed by Internal/External Audit. Monitors and assist in the closure of any identified exception as a result of the Audit review. Verifies access and parameter requests processed by the IAM Administrator - Maker or IAM Administrator - Contractor Ensures correctness of users/access rights/parameters assigned based on the request. Reviews and/or defines security matrices based on approved copy and ensures that defined access does not deviate from the matrix Identifies IAM-related issues within the company to reduce the risk of security exposures and coordinates with various teams to resolve them. Validates the processing of deactivation/deletion of access for separating employees (e.g. resigned, retired, terminated, etc.) Assess and assigns user access-related requests received through the system. Ensures timely maintenance of users/access rights upon receipt of employee movement and/or access requests request based on the agreed turn-around time. Verifies user access and role management requests processed by the IAM Administrator - Maker or IAM Administrator - Contractor. Assists the IAM Head in preparing management reports. Participates in the testing of applications and preparation of documentation prior to endorsing the application on the user administrator function. Provides support and troubleshooting on identity access-related issues. Contributes to process improvement and recommends technology upgrade opportunities for the team Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. What we're looking for Bachelor's / College Degree Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management 3 - 4 years of experience IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, IT-Software Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Knowledge of basic IT Network/Infrastructure, IT Operations, Systems Development, IT Security, Business Continuity Microsoft Office skills. A high degree of organizational & analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal communication & presentation skills. Proficient in both oral & written communication Self-motivated and result-oriented, driving projects to meet the designated schedule Flexible and capable of taking multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Willing to be assigned on weekends or holidays and shifting schedule.
