IDC ENGINEERING MANAGER
 
Qualification: 
 
1. Candidate must be a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering major in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil or CME Professional
2. With more than 5 years of extensive work experience in Project Management, Development, and Engineering in the Telecommunications Industry.
3. With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Can start ASAP
5. Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays

Job Description:
 
1. Responsible for the project delivery on the assigned IDC site
2. Responsible for the planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
3. Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
4. Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
5. Keep customers in confidence/satisfied and do the needful in the best interest of the organization.
6. SE team management and daily work assign, monthly KPI Evaluation. Lead SE team to complete the monthly task as target requirement.
7. Subcon progress, quality, issue management. Subcon daily, weekly meeting, Lead SE team complete the monthly task as target requirement.
8. Progress control, gap analysis, coordinate SE, Subcon, Qualityï¼Materialï¼SA team close sites issue.
9. Fully understand the IDC scope (civil, electrical, mechanical, fire suppression) and procedure, support, and follow PM to achieve the target.
