Job Summary:
The Program Management Associate is responsible in assisting the Project Managers in the management of various projects such as Electric Capital Projects for System Requirement, Major Miscellaneous Allocation, large Project-covered applications, and distribution facility relocation projects related to various government infrastructure projects.
Prepares project documents such as project charter, integrated management plan, project status report, close-out reports, commissioning memos and other related project documentation and staff assistance
Assists in organizing meeting, takes minutes of the meeting and conducts site surveys
Prepares reports and memos and other related documentation
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Engineer - Electrical, Civil, Mechanical
Proficient in using MS Office applications especially MS Project
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferably with a driver's license
