·         Will lead the team of ICT staff and Operations Assistant
·         Monitor and assure the quality of the provided services by overseeing that all the factors of the production meet quality requirements. 
·         Will see to it that the operational coordination was done properly
·         Supervises, coordinates, and ensures the on time and orderly flow of all TVCs from job initiation to its release and billing.
·         Handles account management and client presentation when necessary
·         Manage employees and subordinates, working in a team or individually, to maximize their performance and contribution.
·         Schedule their work and activities, give instructions, motivate, and direct the workers to meet the company objectives
·         Monitor and measure how an employee undertake their responsibilities and how well these activities are executed.
·         Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to achieve this.
·         Lead a group of people to help them achieve goals and maintain an effective working relationship among staff.
·         Conduct cost estimates and budget planning for every project. Monitor the budget, as well as costs and expenses. Forecast the budget development continuously. See to it that the project will generate a generous amount of ROI.
·         Work closely with the ICT Director, Business Developer and Finance Manager.
