Description
The ICT Admin Assistant provides administrative support and ensures the smooth handling of processes and requirements for the ICT operations.

Education
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communication, or any related field. /s
Minimum Experience
At least 2 years work experience in office administration
Business Understanding
Functional areas of Marketing, Finance and Sales
Provides administrative support to the ICT team by helping in the office operations, executing, and coordinating meetings, workshops, and special events.
Processes payments of expenditures and billings. Records all these and ensures billings are paid on time.
Custodian of all ICT documents like requests, supplier contacts, contracts, RFPs, Billings, etc.
Helps in the preparation of reports, minutes, memos, and other correspondences for the ICT Department; and,
Prepares the ICT Budget tracking report. Updates the tracker with the month's marketing spends / billings and aligns these with the FSG records.
