Your future duties and responsibilities: . 8+ years of full-time experience with ETL / MDM tools and processes . 8+ years of experience building MDM applications using IBM Infosphere MDM virtual module/Standard Edition . Experience in multiple areas of MDM implementations including Data Profiling, metadata acquisition, data migration, validation, reject processing and pre-landing processing . Identifying rules for probabilistic matching algorithm and design for multi-domain MDM solutions. . Analyzing source applications, and data volume, standards, and quality for IBM Infosphere MDM weights and thresholds . Designing, enterprising integration and interoperability, and configuring Golden Records and composite views . Performing release management involving all phases of SDLC using IBM Infosphere Standard Edition. . Designing J2EE programs with MAD API, Sql queries, and UNIX scripts . Experience interfacing with different publish mechanism . Experience in configuring Entity base objects, Entity Types, Relationship base objects, Relationship Types, Profiles . Knowledge of Data Governance concept and workflows in IBM MDM Preferred . IBM MDM experience . One full cycle of an MDM implementation . Integration experience with cloud-based platforms Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Proven track record implementing successful MDM initiatives - Sound understanding of master data management concepts. . Experience in Customer Master Data Management with Financial domain expertise will be preferred. . Excellent oral and written communication skills . Ability to work both independently and as part of a team . Experience in data intensive work environment with good understanding and comprehension of Data Integration, Data quality , Data Profiling . . Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties especially with client Technical & business stakeholders. . Experience working with Agile based delivery teams and associated Agile tools.
