Qualifications :
5-10 years of experience in IBM FileNet.
Have experience of working on IBM FileNet of any other similar tool stack & processes
Experience of working on Java applications
Have experience of working on Support projects and troubleshooting the sync up issues
Knowledge of Insurance Business Processes
Good communication skills and Reporting skills
Attitude to own the service delivery responsibilitiesand experience of On-Call support during critical incidents
