Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while up-selling products and services.
Responsibilities:
Handles Bill Inquiry (First bill explanation, pro-rated charges, one time fees, expired promotion, etc)
Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits
Negotiate and properly handle objections with customers
Provide customers with a positive service experience
Adhere to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards
Qualifications:
NO CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
*At least 2 years in college (old or new curriculum) no back subjects/incoming 3rd year
AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
*Senior High school (new Curriculum)
*2 years in College (old Curriculum)
AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE (TELCO/CABLE/SATELLITE/RADIO ACCOUNTS ONLY)
*High School Graduate
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
