As Cash Applications Accountant, you perform advanced processing for receivables transactions mainly cash application in the respective ERP system and banking systems:
- performing daily incoming payment clear tasks with high accuracy
- providing high quality of the services/reports to stakeholders
- ensuring all given KPIs & timelines/deadlines are met
- staying in constant touch with our stakeholders/customers
- supporting for all Audit /ICS/ other external queries
- supporting additional ad-hoc projects/tasks
Requirements:
Educational background:
University degree with major in accounting related
Professional experience:
Less than 2 years of relevant experience in Shared Service Centers.
Additional requirements (skills, competences)
. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
. Initial work experience in accounting/finance with direct related experience with full-cycle AR or accounting knowledge preferred
. Experience in cash applications, credit management, Bank Reconciliations and AR reporting
. Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred.
. Experience with SAP or other ERP system preferred.
. Fluent English language skills required.
. Must be flexible on any shift
. Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig.
