Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
With 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, design,
development and implementation.
At least 3-5 years in managerial role handling software
development.
Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on
time and within budget.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#,
Python, PHP, or similar).
Knowledge of software development methodologies and
strong understanding of database management systems.
Strong people management and team development skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple
stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and
recommend effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for
coordinating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prepare and present system proposals, progress reports, and technical documentation.
