Description
1. Is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the units and other peripherals in the Computer Room and all the computer units in the offices.
- Make a schedule of cleaning all computer units and peripherals
- Keeps a log book of the condition of the computer units and makes quarterly report on it.
- Makes requisition for any needed materials or space for the maintenance and upgrading of the units.
2. Assists the Computer Teachers during hands-on session and helps the computer teacher orient students of the rules and regulation inside the Computer Room and ensures their implementation.
3. Coordinates and follow-up the schedule of students who will use the CAI Lab.
4. Updates computer materials such as softwares, peripherals, and other helpful materials.
5. Checks permit slip of teachers or students who would like to use the CAI Lab outside the regular schedule.
6. Maintains the Internet Server (Windows 2003 Server & ISA 2004 Server) and secure safe internet activity inside the campus.
7. Maintains a respectful stance when dealing with the students.
8. Assists other school personnel in the different offices regarding troubleshooting of computers.
9. Prepares the beginning and ending inventory.
Advanced knowledge of operating systems
Candidates must be a 4 Years graduate of any I.T. Courses.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Can start immediately.
With good interpersonal and communication skills.
Open for fresh graduates.
