We're looking for a Hygiene & Sanitation Agent to be a guardian of guest and employee health, ensuring every corner of our hotel, from the kitchens to the dining rooms, meets the highest standards. You'll be the champion of our hotel's hygiene and sanitation initiatives, helping us deliver world-class hospitality with peace of mind.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
Implementing and monitoring the hotel's Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and other food safety programs.
Conducting regular audits and inspections of kitchens, food and beverage outlets, and other operational areas to ensure strict compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
Training new and existing staff on proper hygiene protocols, including food handling, personal hygiene, and cleaning procedures.
Overseeing compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards like FSMS.
Investigating and responding to any hygiene-related issues or incidents, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement.
Maintaining detailed records of all inspections, audits, and training sessions.
What we need from you:
Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
Proven knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles, including HACCP, FSMS, and local regulations.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate staff.
A passion for upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
