We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedHydraulics Revit Modellerto join ourBIM and Property & Buildings Digital Designas a remote Work Share employee.
As an integral member of the team, this role will see you joining a team of passionate professionals, supporting a wide range of multidisciplinary projects including Hospitals/Health Facilities, Education buildings, light industrial facilities and building works within major infrastructure projects.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Delivering integrated project deliverables in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
Coordinating designs with Building Services, Architecture and other engineering disciplines.
Troubleshooting issues and support technical team members.
Coordination and collaboration utilizing the Federated Model in the following platforms: Autodesk Navisworks, BIM360 Model Coordination, Bluebeam, BIM Track.
Collaboration and liaison with other engineering teams and groups to ensure all design elements are considered.
What you will bring to the team
At least 5years experience in HydraulicsRevit Modelling in Building Services preferably in a consulting industry
Advanced skills in Navisworks and associated coordination packages.
Ability to work independently, delivering accurate Revit models, structural details and coordinated drawings.
An ability to coordinate & manage your own workload, project deliverables and deadlines.
A desire to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement.
A strong communicator and able to build positive working relationships, internally/externally across all levels of the business.
Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
This job offer can be based either inMakati,Quezon Cityor in our office inCebu, depending on your home base / location.
