Job Description
Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels.
Carry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly, and as planned
Carry out the servicing and maintenance of the complex refrigeration and air conditioning systems, associated controls and any other related equipment within the remit of the engineering department.
Carry out installation works of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Safe and professional use of appropriate hand and power tools, machines, and chemicals.
Survey buildings and repair air conditioning systems to ensure the operations are smooth and efficient and they are consistent with health and safety standards.
Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Must have wide knowledge HVAC "DX unit" systems to ensure functionality.
Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, performing follow-up as required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical. 5 years of experience.
