Job Description
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventillation and air conditioning systems and equipment
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
Dignosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and effeciently
Providing technical direction and on the j ob training
Keeping daily logs records of all maintenance functions
Ensuring compliance with applicance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers requirements. Assisting with customer's queries
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
He must finished vocational course in Refrigeration & Airconditioning Technician
He must have experience in HVAC technician 1 year or more
Understanding of advance principles of air-conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
Working knowledge in boiler systems
Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systens in line with HVAC protocols
Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
