QUALIFICATIONS:
Have good communication skills.
Preferably graduate of TESDA course same field.
Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in maintenance field but not required.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural, machine and electrical damage.
With extensive experience in repairing and troubleshooting machines.
Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
With minimal knowledgeable about HVAC System and or refrigeration.
Report all problems and abnormalities observed and encountered to his superiors for correction and prevention of further damage.
With minimal Knowledge on welding process.

Availability for change of residence: No
