• Has a vocational or engineering background or authenticated certificate related to HVAC field;
• With a minimum of two (2) years' experience in HVAC operation & maintenance or (3) months apprenticeship in HVAC O&M;
• With full exposure in troubleshooting HVAC system;
• Knowledge in controlling relative humidity and ambient temperature;
• Familiar and with skills to use all types of electrical & mechanical tools, and testing equipment regarding HVAC system;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
• Ability to effectively manage time and all specified duties
