Job Description:
 
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our managed properties. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal functionality and guest satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on HVAC systems (split-type, window-type, centralized units).
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
Replace filters, clean ducts, and ensure proper ventilation.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from property managers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Keep records of maintenance and repairs.
Assist with other general property maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (residential/commercial).
Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and electrical components.
Certification (TESDA NC II or equivalent) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit to handle installations and repairs.
Willingness to travel to different properties in Cebu City.
