Job Description
AT LEAST WITH MINIMUM OF 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Be fully conversant with American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and HVAC industry standards. Should have Good experience in operation Maintenance sector with Excellent command over Trouble Shouting.
Be competent and qualified to make cooling/heating calculations, psychometric analysis, designing of the air distribution and piping systems, size and select the equipment, and develop controls system.
Be able to use computer and related industry recognized software programs for load calculation and duct sizing, etc. and be knowledgeable of balancing the air distribution system and in interpreting reports.
Be competent and qualified to troubleshoot HVAC system problems and be able to handle electronic circuit in the new Air Conditioning system.
Experience in Troubleshooting of HVAC system, maintenance (O&M Maintenance). Preferable SAUDI ARAMCO plant Experience and any oil & gas industry.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
