We have a great opportunity for aSenior Secondary System Design Engineer to join our Energy Business Group.In this role you will be collaborating closely with our Australian and Asia Pacific regions.
The following are key attributes of the role:
Design and/or Delivery of substation engineering and design projects
Preparation of settings calculations and relay settings files
Preparation of substation secondary designs, reports, specifications and project tender documents
Client and contractor engagement to define requirements, as part of tendering and ongoing project requirements
Technical and construction support
Scoping and preparation of proposals
A high-level technical support and mentoring of mid-level and junior engineers within the team
QA of design drawings, settings and reports produced by the team
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10 years related experience working with Power Utilities, ideally working for Australian utilities
Experience in substation secondary design for substations 132kV to 500kV
Experience in producing settings files for relays from all major protection relay manufacturers
Proven experience in power system modelling using software such as Digsilent
Knowledge of protection schemes and IEC61850
This job offer can be based either inMakati, Quezon Cityor in our office inCebu, depending on your home base / location
