JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee functions of different HR Facets.
Coordinate with the departments and monitor the manpower structure or manpower needs of different departments
Timekeeping and Payroll
Process load allowance and supplies requests
Implementing the company policies and conducting the due process in case of violations
Accomplish tasks assigned by the HR Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS/BA Psychology or Human ResourcesManagement/Development.
Preferably with experience
Willing to be assigned in San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija
