OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Provide day-to-day supervision of the Human Resources staff
· VALIDATE & CHECK HR TRANSACTIONS
Conduct daily checking & follow-through on daily transactions
· REVIEW HR REPORTS
Review completeness & accuracy of HR reports
· SUPPORT STORE OPERATIONS
Provide policy advice & guidance to all employees requiring assistance
· REVIEW PERFORMANCE-RELATED FORMS
Check completeness & accuracy of performance related forms to facilitate HR action
· REVIEW EMPLOYEE SEPARATIONS/EXITS & CLEARANCES
Review completeness & accuracy of employee separations & clearance
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
· With at least 1-2 years of experience in general HR
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· With pleasing personality, flexible and able to multi-task
· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
· Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Sorsogon
