OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Provide day-to-day supervision of the Human Resources staff
VALIDATE & CHECK HR TRANSACTIONS. Conduct daily checking & follow-through on daily transactions
REVIEW HR REPORTS. Review completeness & accuracy of HR reports
SUPPORT STORE OPERATIONS. Provide policy advice & guidance to all employees requiring assistance
REVIEW PERFORMANCE-RELATED FORMS. Check completeness & accuracy of performance related forms to facilitate HR action
REVIEW EMPLOYEE SEPARATIONS/EXITS & CLEARANCES. Review completeness & accuracy of employee separations & clearance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
With at least 3 years of experience in general HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
With pleasing personality, flexible and able to multi-task
Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
Willing to be assigned in the SM Store Lucena
