HR STAFF
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
-With at least 6 months relevant experience
-Knowledge with Human Resources processes
-High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
-With good written and verbal communication
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Implement company's end-to-end recruitment process, including pooling, screening, conducting initial interview of applicants
-Source candidates and update databases
-Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
-Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Team.
-Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
-Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
-Performs other duties as assigned
