Silang Specialists Medical Center (SSMC) is composed of 40 medical doctors as founding members and distinguished medical staff of more than 100 physicians, all of whom are experienced and recognized experts in their various fields of specialization and administration.
All of these physicians, some of whom are internationally trained, have passed a strict credentialing process. The medical staff is supported by an organization composed of allied medical and administrative staff, many of whom have honed their expertise.
Our hospital is composed of 7,744 square meters of floor space and includes a four-storey building which can fit up to 100 beds. Located within the ground floor are diagnostic and emergency and intervention facilities, as well as support and administrative offices.
Job Description
Provide customer service, both in-person and by telephone; screen and direct telephone calls; take and relay messages, process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, orientation, performance evaluations, and classifications.
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
Prepare data for SELECTION and PROMOTION for newly hires, employees for regularization and promotion.
Plan and coordinate recruitments and examinations; prepare job announcements and advertisements; administer score tests; notify candidates of application/employment status; prepare certification lists.
Process personnel action forms and maintains personnel records to ensure timely performance evaluations.
Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.
Coordinate post-offer pre-employment physicals, psychological, drug screens or other pre-employment screenings as may be required.
Request information from previous employers, and other references in order to determine applicants' employment acceptability- background check when necessary.
Conduct initial new employee orientation - General Employee Orientation, basic salaries and remuneration
Prepare badges, passes, and identification cards, biometrics/attendance registration and perform other security-related duties.
Perform other related functions as may be assigned by a superior and Management.
