HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years experience is an advantage
Graduate of a PSYCHOLOGY or BSBA in HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT MGT
With experience is a must
Good in communicatons and organizational skills
Computer literate
Flexible and willing to be trained
Dedicated, hardworking, willing to commit long term
Tasks:
Deal with employees discipline and complaints
Assisting in the recruitment of new employees
Promoting safety in work environment
Dealing with staff at all levels
Keeping employees records
Preparation of payroll
HR compliance task
