Description
JOB SUMMARY : Monitors the performance and trainings of employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Monitors the trainings and seminars of employees both internal and external.
a. Verifies purpose, date, venue of the seminar and let the department heads chose the attendees, and recommends it to the Chief Operating Officer.
b. Does a research and training analysis for employees.
c. Makes sure that the information, updates and the purpose of the seminars are re-echoed to the concerned employees by the attendees.
d. Does documentation of seminar and trainings attended by the employee.
e. Prepares certificates for in-house training/seminars.
f. Monitors and update training hours of employees.
g. Encodes and monitors personnel development plan of employees.
h. Identify attendees necessary for in-house training based on personnel development plan.
2. Schedules and partakes a certain topics during orientation of new employees twice a month.
3. Orients employees regarding resignation procedure, facilitates exit interview and prepares certificate of clearance for resigned employees.
4. Monitors service contracts of employees under project based, agency and probationary status.
5. Prepares and monitors employment contract, job description/details and introduction letter of employees.
6. Introduces newly hired employees to all the department heads and staff.
7. Participates in timekeeping every payroll. (Semi-monthly)
8. Prepares certification such as;
a. Employment and/or with compensation/job description.
b. Character references
c. Recommendation letter
d. Appreciation/Recognition
9. Collects and encodes summary of employees' satisfaction survey.
10. Prepares total man hour and submit report to DOLE every 10th of the month.
11. Encodes overtime form submitted by the employees.
12. Prepares semi-monthly schedule of the department.
13. Participates during Anniversary and Christmas party.
14. Does other tasks that may assign from time to time.
15. Undertakes the 5S in the workplace.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
