HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
 
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, or equivalent related field
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in HR
Additional training in Payroll Mgt & Labor Relations- may be advantageous
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation & resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
Knowledge of employment legislation
