**About the Role:**
Become our HR & Recruitment Specialist, leading the charge in finding exceptional individuals who will help our company grow. Your mission is to spot top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process that aligns with our values.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with teams and hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts.
- Scout and engage talented individuals for current and future roles.
- Oversee the hiring process from start to finish - from assessments to offers.
- Guide and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Use various platforms (social media, job portals,etc) to find potential candidates.
- Review applications and conduct interviews.
- Improve the candidate experience strategies.
- Attend online career fairs and industry events.
- Boost Linkage Web Solutions' reputation as an employer of choice.
- Assist in recruitment tasks: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate records.
- Aid in onboarding new employees and handle benefits inquiries.
- Help coordinate employee training programs.
- Support with employee inquiries and HR matters.
- Manage executive team calendars and appointments.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or similar HR experience.
- Strong understanding of recruiting and branding techniques.
- Familiarity with various selection methods and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Salary:** Php25,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per month
