MomentFeed is currently hiring for an HR Manager/Partner in our Cebu, Philippines location.
An ideal HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related topics. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management and developing a thriving and engaging culture in partnership with the US Head Office.

ROLE PRIORITIES
Managing reinforcement of the MomentFeed Philippines employee handbook and system of corrective action policies in partnership with US managers
Facilitate and coordinate Employee scorecards, recognition rewards and individual goal plans with US managers and Cebu team leads
Manage the Cebu Employee database in coordination with US HR
Create and update office policies as required and communicate in a timely fashion after US HR approval to the Cebu team
Facilitate any new hire orientation and discussion of employee benefits and company policies which may include contract signing and notarization, background checks and collection of pre-employment documents and checklists
Lead periodic company culture events, in alignment with MomentFeed Company Culture Roadmap, to foster high employee morale and employee adoption of the MomentFeed Core Values
Other HR administrative tasks such as processing employee work certifications, processing employee regularization and onboarding of employee benefits with transparent communication to the US HR team
Communicate all issues relating to operations of Cebu which may concern employee matters, office matters, legal matters in a timely manner to US management which may include the VP of Client Success, Chief of Staff, CFO and/or the Controller
Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
