MANAGE KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES: Check if the team is hitting set targets
· TRAIN & DEVELOP HR STAFF
Mentor & ensure professional development of HR staff at the branch level; ensure that SM values are personally modeled & adhered to by the entire HR department
· ANALYZE HR REPORTS
Analyze statistical reports concerning HR-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, & absenteeism rates
· DEVELOP HR PROGRAMS
Plan & organize specific HR activities (recruitment, orientation, time & attendance processing, performance appraisal, movement, employee relations, separation clearances) on a per SBU & MBU account
· MONITOR RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE REVIEW FORMS
Facilitate an accurate & timely management of performance appraisal & guide in employee coaching & movement
· MANAGE COMPENSATION & CLEARANCES
Manage timely & accurate submission of payroll reports & clearances of separated employees
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
· Excellent communications and presentation skills
· At least 5-7 years of work experience in the HR field is required for this position
· Preferably in a Manager role/level
· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
· Willing to be assigned in The SM Store PUERTO PRINCESA
