The administrative procedures pertaining to the staff of an organization must be coordinated by a human resources manager, often known as an HR Supervisor. Their responsibilities include creating recruitment tactics, putting in place procedures for handling employee benefits, payroll, etc behavior, and orienting new hires.
Qualifications:
-3 years and Up experience as an HR Manager
-Must have BPO experience
-Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relations
-Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
-Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
-Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
-Able to independently manage team members and cases, both internal and external
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
