JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for effective delivery of HR services. Assess employee needs, interprets and applies HR strategy and policies, rules and regulations, establishes internal procedures and provides solutions to a wide spectrum of complex HR issues. The HR Executive promotes a collaborative, client oriented approach and contributes to the maintenance of high staff morale.
Responsibilities:
Handles the manpower requisition from planning to deployment for the assigned Division
Working knowledge in Philippine Labour Standards
Responsible for the preparation and administration of corporate and mandatory benefits for TSI & TMA
Handles the On-Boarding Process of new employees including job and departmental familiarization
Manages the administration of the HR Information System (HRIS)
Assists in the implementation of all corporate activities and programs set forth by the MNL and SG offices
Supports in the preparation of Management Report (Analytics) and other AD-HOC reports as needed
Assists in managing the L&D programs and its system
JOB QUALIFICATION
Education and Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
Should have strong analytical skills
Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Highly motivated, structured and quality driven individual who in parallel possesses strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates Team collaboration and Team spirit
Good command in English – oral and written skills
Experience:
Experience in conducting orientation
Experience in preparation of HR policies and procedures
Working experience in doing job evaluation, technical competencies, and engagement surveys is an advantage
Admin user of HR Information System is an advantage
Worked in a local or multinational environment with more than 500 FTEs
Experience should not be less than 5 years as HR generalist
