Job Description
Description:
Responsible for coordinating and supporting activities and tasks in handling Employee Benefits and Timekeeping.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Checks, verifies, and compiles employee time (i.e., attendance, hours worked, overtimes) and relevant payroll information from time sheets and other records, and encodes data onto designated system.
Reviews time sheets and other information to ensure data accuracy and/or to identify and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Generates timekeeping reports and submits to Finance and Accounting Section for payroll preparation.
Facilitates schedule and other related activities pertaining to annual health checkup of all employees.
Manages company clinic and ensures that all administrative and medical resources (manpower, material, etc.) are complete, well-maintained and organized.
Explains to employees the benefits (company-provided and government mandated) they are entitled to, and notifies them of any changes.
Coordinates with external employee benefits providers (current and prospective) for schedules of employee awareness orientation, training, or seminar.
Creates literature on employee benefits for company-wide use.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Development, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in handling employee benefits and timekeeping activities
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
Proficient in basic MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
