Description
The successful applicant will assume the position of HR Generalist temporarily as project base for five (5) months. You will be responsible in general operations of Human Resources in Isabela such as but not limited to coordination of all upper decisions / movement concerning employee relations in head quarters based in Pampanga, maintenance of manpower pooling for sales force team, working closely with the third party agency on payroll and recruitment.
You will also responsible in the end to end process of recruitment of all direct hired; ensures that all new hires are enrolled in portal payroll system up until separation.
