Description
Job Functions:
• Responsible for providing support in all HR related functions.
• Performs various clerical and statistical assignments relating to the general Human Resources
functions.
• Maintains employment records of company personnel, records status changes in the HRMS system,
prepares reports on employment, training, salaries, etc. as assigned.
• Conducts required investigations, check references on new hires, assist in new employee orientation
and other employee meetings to educate employees on policies, procedures, benefits, etc.
• Requires working with highly confidential data and frequent contact with employees and the public
where personal influence may be exercised.
• Performs more complex projects such as wage and salary administration, job evaluation, employee
handbooks, editing of publications, and analyzing statistical data.
• Resolves most questions and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a college graduate preferably of Psychology or other Behavioral Sciences.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a shared services setting.
• Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledgeable in all other MS Applications.
• Oracle experience highly desired.
• Process improvement mindset.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be willing to work on Night Shift
