HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR (HR GENERALIST)
 
This role will be mainly responsible for HR Operations, Onboarding / Orientation, Human Resource Information Systems, Payroll & Employee Benefits, employee relations, statutory compliance, policy implementation, health and safety services programs and company's diversity and inclusion initiatives. HRC / HR Generalist focus specializes in creating, updating, and applying HR policies.
 
Ensures the guidelines adhere to standards and regulations. The Human Resources Coordinator / HR Generalist focus specializes in in creating, updating, and applying HR policies and firm guidelines. Ensures the guidelines adhere to standards and regulations. Will educate new hires on HR policies and procedures as well as counsel employees concerning work-related concerns, if any.
 
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding, New Hire Orientation & Documentation and administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
Maintaining and recording employee attendance, Time & Attendance management & payroll inputs
Liasoning with HMO / Insurance companies
Coordinating the Coaching and Development Process across the levels
Issuing Salary Revision letters, Confirmation letters, Appraisal letters and experience letters.
Managing HR - MIS (Updating of employee records, position titles/ Grade etc.) in HRIS tool
Policy implementation / administer and ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies; Receives assignments based on incremental objectives and defined processes.
Employee Relations, Recreational and welfare activities
Overseeing the employee's termination process.
Counseling employees as and when required and conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation. Attrition Management
Working on issues requiring the analysis of data, relevant factors and resolves problems. Exercises judgment and
interpretation to help define procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
Statutory and Labour Compliance
Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations.
Building employee relations and networking, designing and launching various motivational activities across the organization, introducing activities contributing towards building a positive work culture.
Education, Skills, Abilities, Experience
Any Graduate or master's in human resources (Preferrable)
At least 4+ years' experience in Human Resources as a full life cycle recruiter.
Working knowledge of Human Resources policies and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
The ability to effectively develop business team relationships with clients and co-workers.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, interpersonal skills and attention to details.
Comfort in working with team members that are remote and located in the US, India or other geographies.
Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads.
Must be detail-oriented and flexible to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and should have a drive to succeed
Ability to work well independently
