HR Consultant

As the HR Consultant, you will report directly to the HR Manager of Employee Relations. The HR Consultant will be in an independent contributor role overseeing key HR responsibilities including: Employee relations, Labor relations, Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits, Training, Organizational Development and other HR functions.

-Point person for any HR related concerns from different departments
-Ensure compliance of labor standards, company policies, and applicable law/government-related concerns
-Co-manage Company's Employees engagement programs with People & Culture team and Operations/Support teams
-Account management: Work closely with Executives, Managers, Team Leaders and other Management personnel on all aspects of employee relations, including planning, coordinating and supporting the performance review process

-Provide counseling and guidance to employees and leadership team regarding Human Resources best practice
-Generate analytical insights and initiative recommendations on segment lifecycle covering the following aspect: attrition, performance, discipline, compliance, leadership behavior
-Process owner of discipline management; performance management; segment attrition; and business advisory for the segments supported
-Collaborate and partner with Training on onboarding, compliance and offboarding
-Proactively initiate process improvements in internal process, practice or work guidelines as required by the business leaders
-Monitor and assist in handling confidential and highly sensitive information from different Departments
-Participating in recruitment and termination processes, as needed.
-Overseeing employee orientation and training.
-Recommend, develop and deliver training and development seminars to enhance knowledge, skills, and acquire new trends in specific employee needs.

-Ability to work under pressure
-4+ experience as an HR Generalist or Consultant. Managerial capacity level would be an advantage
-Educational Attainment of Bachelors Degree is required
-Outstanding oral and written English skills
-Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels including multiple reporting lines
-Willing to work at Naga location (3F, 4F & 5F, Robinsons Cybergate,Naga Roxas Avenue, Naga City, Camarines Sur)
-Willing to work Full Time, primarily nights in a 24/7 operation (possible weekend and holiday work may be required, depending on business needs).
