We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to devise, develop and deliver our Recruitment Strategy for UK & Philippines, to work with our UK based Chief People Officer.

Description of Role 
You will be the driving force behind all recruitment, onboarding and CPD programmes.
Responsible for devising, developing and delivering a world-class HR service which  attracts, evaluates and on-boards world-class talent.  
Maximise employee and independent driver engagement and retention. 
One of the most important, value-added aspects of your role will be acting as a  consultant, or, as a bridge between Management and frontline team members.
Develop and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and healthy  communications.  
Bring your world-class evaluation, problem-solving skills to the table, including:
Proactive gathering of data from appropriate sources. 
In-depth root cause analysis. 
Consistent reference to long-term plans and goals. 
Followed up by decisive and confident action. 
Maintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices.
Actively engage with cross functional teams to support the business objectives.
Operate within the Company Values.
Duties and Responsibilities 
Contribute to the achievement of the company objectives by taking ownership of the  recruitment process for UK and Philippines markets. 
Devise and develop a world-class data-driven attraction, screening, selection, interview  and offer process for new employees. 
Develop metrics and reporting of quality KPIs.  
Manage relationships with external HR agencies. 
Attend regular meeting with managers to discuss and implement new ideas regarding  recruitment, talent attraction and employee engagement. 
Ensure all employee information is recorded accurately and falls in line with GDPR  practices. 
Manage the DBS process to ensure everything is accurate and deadlines are met.
Manage own workload and take responsibility for ongoing training & development.
Any other duties as considered necessary as directed by supervisor or the senior  management team. 
Skills / Attributes Required - ESSENTIAL 
Excellent spoken and written English. TOEIC score of 900 + 
Excellent Maths capabilities. Registration Test score 90%+ in less than 10 minutes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
5+ years HR experience within a recognised world-class international, fast-paced and customer driven environment. 
Strong ability to prioritise and to meet your deadlines. 
Excellent interview skills coupled with capability to coach functional senior staff in rigorous T&D processes, skills and techniques.  
In-depth knowledge best practice in employee relations.
Demonstrable ability to positively persuade and influence: you are a skilled communicator. 
Comfort in analysing and relaying relevant data using tools like Excel.
You are resourceful, flexible in approach and are comfortable with occasional ambiguity regarding projects and tasks. 
Generous with your intellectual curiosity: you bring insight to the team from outside the company and further afield. 
You have a sense of fun and are not afraid to get stuck in whatever the task.
Customer focus – helpful and enthusiastic.
Problem solving orientation. 
Excellent telephone manner, courteous and empathetic. 
Excellent communication and team working skills with the ability to work with and influence others within a culture of Continuous Improvement. 
Strong IT skills including experience of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Will go beyond the call of duty. 
Own a computer with a high-speed internet connection. 
Skills / Attributes Required - Advantageous 
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. 
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law.  
In-depth experience of large-scale training & development programmes. 
SALARY: To attract the best. Top Quartile base salary and market-leading bonus. 
 
Location: Initially Home base, using own computer and high-speed internet  connection. Progressing to office base post emergency measures. February 2021
