ABOUT THE ROLE: HR ASSOCIATE
A. It covers general Human Resource support and personnel services.
B. You will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of human resource functions including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel, employee services, and benefits, employee relations, providing assistance with performance appraisals and corrective actions, and ensuring Company personnel are well-informed of human resource policies and programs.
C. You will oversee the human resource information system, or employee database, maintain and update employee records, complete all reporting requirements, and ensure that Company records and reporting comply with the Philippine Labor Law's regulations.
D. You will updates job descriptions and assists with salary administration (timekeeping & workforce check) processes. Likewise, you will handle HR Timekeeping (biometrics) and Payroll system entry.
E. Provides assistance to area personnel on training programs, benefits management, and other human resource concerns.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Graduate of BS Psychology or any business course with specialization in Human Resources Development or Management from reputable colleges and universities.
At least 1-2 years of relevant HR / Administrative Experience (negotiable).
Demonstrates integrity and honesty, and is a smart worker.
Keen on details.
Attentive to deadlines, by presenting and submitting required reports on time.
III. REQUIREMENT:
Preferably lives near Carmen, Cebu
Drives his/her personal motorcycle/vehicle for coordinating duties and visits to other offices within Carmen and other property areas.
