Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities
Install solutions that will elevate the work performance of the employees and boost productivity.
Resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.
Discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
Evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meet with management to determine appropriate action.
Explains and provides advice to workers about the company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and the need for compliance.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. File in the proper way and filing standard. Responsible for organizing and storing all employee data efficiently and keeping it secure.
Requirements for Role:
Proven 1 to 2 years of experience in the Human Resources Field
Graduate of BS in Human Resources, Business Management or other relevant fields
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools
Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
