Job Description
General Duties
1. Screening of resumes and ensuring that company has pool of agency employees.
2. Performing in-person or phone interviews with candidates if applicable.
3. Administering appropriate company assessments (online exams, aptitude and personality exams).
4. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure requirements are achieved for the approved turnaround time.
5. Serving as a liaison with different manpower agencies.
6. Oversees agency employees hiring and concerns.
7. Completion of all assigned reports.
8. Completion of assigned projects from department and immediate heads.

Education
Must be a graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Experience
With at least 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant or similar HR role.
Responsibility
The HR Assistant will be responsible for all agency hiring, monitoring, and concerns handling. This position ensures that assigned open positions are filled with qualified candidates within the approved turnaround time.
