Job Description
Assist in planning, recruiting, organizing and conducting New Employee orientation/ trainings.
Assist in processing all documents for Hiring, all types of interview, and maintaining records / 201 file and be involved in hiring process.
Has strong background in Payroll and Performance Management
Participate in HR trainings, employee performance
Generates reports related to Human Resource and Administration.
Assist on supervising the whole department and related tasks.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
