This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. The Role Responsibilities To provide a pro-active comprehensive HR service to managers and all employees within the Company. This includes partnering with HR Business Partners on talent advisory; talent management, employee relations; learning %26amp; development; policy and procedures; reward and project initiative to support the Bank's People Strategy. To review and improve the people-data reporting provision across the business, delivering proactive information to line managers and business stakeholders which informs business decisions; driving the transition of the people analytics capability from ad-hoc reporting into a predictive and trend-focused approach. The post holder will work with internal stakeholders of the Human Resources function to maximise the effectiveness of key strategic and operational projects across Reward, Talent, Engagement %26amp; Resourcing. Organisational Design and HR Business Partnering and HR Operations. Full support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters including general enquiries; law; procedures; disciplinary %26amp; grievances or absence issues. Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice. Coaching managers to help develop their people management skills as required. Support individuals with their personal development. Ensure effective monitoring of sickness trends and remedial action in accordance with the Company's policy and to facilitate a proactive approach to absence management. Take responsibility for the implementation of all HR policy, ensuring that all HR issues are dealt with within the timescales set out in the procedures Support the development of strong communication and feedback channels with all staff and through a variety of mechanisms to support employee engagement. Undertake projects which will support the bank's People Strategy, employee conduct and overall operational excellence and effectiveness of HR function. Undertake other various projects and tasks as necessary. Key Relationships You will have key relationships with the rest of the HR team, the Management team, and People Leaders and colleagues. Our Ideal Candidate HR Generalist and advisory skills and knowledge. Experience in Data Analytics is a plus. Effective coaching and facilitation skills. Ability to interpret and communicate complex information effectively. Ability to prioritise and organise workload in a busy environment. Strategic thinking Able to build credible relationships across the business. Attention to detail, specifically around legal notes; reports; letters; and data entry.
