Kredo IT Abroad Inc. is an IT school in Cebu for students who wish to gain knowledge and skills in IT Web Design and Development. The school focuses on Japanese students who wish to experience learning IT as well as English abroad. Aside from IT, the school also offers English Courses for students such as Business English, IT English and ESL.
Is URGENTLY looking for:
HR STAFF
Schedule: Monday to Friday ( 8:50 am to 5:50 pm)
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Business, Human Resource Management or any related course
Preferably with at least one (1) year work-related experience in HR field.
Must be knowledgeable and proficient in MS applications
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Has good organization and time management skills
Ability to do multi task, can work with less supervision, can pay attention to details and maintains confidentiality
Familiar with recruitment sites
With great initiative
Duties and Responsibilities
Administer in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
Handles and Ensure mandatory monthly report to SSS & Loan, PHIC and Pag-ibig & Loan.
Answer employee inquiries related to government-mandated benefits.
Administer Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plans.
Conduct an orientation to the New Employees.
Assists in the enrolment of newly hired employees in all government-mandated institutions (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH including TIN) within the prescribed period to ensure compliance to social legislation by submitting duly accomplished forms and maintain database for future reference.
Responsible for processing loan applications, sickness notification, maternity leave notification, paternity Leave notification and dependent updates to proper government institution within the prescribed schedule and maintain database for future reference.
Maintain the leave Management tracker and system.
Administer/provide support to employees in various HR- related task and resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsible for maintaining the 201 files of the organization either Hardware or Software.
Provide support to ensure compliance with labor regulations
Assist in preparing payroll.
Administer/ Assists in the disciplinary process of the company.
Assists in addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
Maintains statutory benefits-related records.
Perform other related tasks as required by management.
