Knowledgeable of Labor laws and Disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office
knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Facilitates job posting on different job sites.
Screens and Interview applicants.
Does the on-boarding of newly hired employees.
Monitors and Records the Attendance & Biometrics of all employees.
Makes memorandums and minutes of the meeting.
Implements and supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Make and Keep records of 201 files of employees.
Administers Performance Appraisals to employees
Ensures legal compliance of the company’s employment and working conditions.
