REVIEW PERFORMANCE-RELATED FORMS Check completeness & accuracy of performance related forms to facilitate HR action . REVIEW EMPLOYEE SEPARATIONS/EXITS & CLEARANCES Review completeness & accuracy of employee separations & clearance Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management . With at least 1-2 years of experience in general HR . Good communication and interpersonal skills . With pleasing personality, flexible and able to multi-task . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Sorsogon . Full-time positions available
