Job Description
This position will support the Global SuccessFactors system within a shared service environment. This is an individual contributor role working with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk. This is a remote position located in the Philippines. The role will be at the front lines of calls and service tickets regarding all HR/Talent/Compensation/Learning modules in SuccessFactors system as related to Fluor. The role will report to the Manager HRIS, this position will be part of the HRIS Team which is responsible for defining and executing HR system strategy in support of business objectives.
Provide customer service timely and accurately with quality standards following defined and documented process
Run and produce various reports, including ad hoc reports for HR COE's and HR Regional Operations
Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast paced, team driven environment
Possess strong technical and analytical skills and exhibit creative problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, capable of managing time efficiently and productively; ability to work with minimal supervision
Work and collaborate with SME's/ HR COE's to resolve complex queries and requests
Use a knowledgebase tool to keep and maintain updated desktop procedures and scripts and/or develop new documentation as needed.
Basic Job Requirements
Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experiences
Experience in Shared Services environment
Possess advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
Good telephone manner with clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with fundamental HR policies and working with HR Business Leads
Experience working with ticketing system
Experience working in SuccessFactors application preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, Industrial Relations, Finance, or related field, with significant experience in Human Resources
Understand main Human Resource concepts, policies, and administrative procedures
Good knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures
Demonstrated problem-solving skills of a complex nature
Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information
Experience providing consultation to managers and HR staff
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations
Broad knowledge of internal database applications for designated discipline
