HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
We are looking for an HR Staff in our construction company who can be responsible in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws. This role is essential in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, screening and onboarding of employees
Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records.
Support payroll preparation and government contributions
Prepare HR forms, memos, and communications
Assist in implementing HR policies, company handbook, and code of discipline.
Support company events, training, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1-2 years HR Experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
Organized, detail-oriented, and good communications skills
